Lock that in!

On Tuesday we locked in our rate at 3.75%!!  I was so excited that I was literally dancing around my office!  Yesterday was a big day for inspections and everything passed.  Drywall should start going up tomorrow, mudding next week.  Siding should begin as well.  Still waiting for a new official closing date, sounds like June 5 or at least will be that week when we return from vacation.  Everyone's updates are amazing!  Look forward to seeing more...

    Congrats on a great rate and passing inspections! We are most likely locking in today. Our closing is May 25.

    That's great news! I think I did a similar dance when we locked in at 3.75%. The house is looking great :)
