Newest additions to the morning room

The morning room is nearly finished.  Thanks for all of the suggestions about window treatments, I'm think I have made up my mind but haven't found what I'm looking for just yet mainly because I have not had much time for shopping.  Here are the latest updates, rug and 4-tier shelf in corner.  The rug really makes a big difference.

    The room looks great! I agree that the rug makes the room... where'd you buy it? I'm still stuck when it comes to window treatments for the morning room. I can't wait to see what you choose to do with your windows.

      From Home Decorators, and they had a special, free rug pad with any rug purchase and free shipping so it was a win-win. The rug pad wasn't of superior quality but I guess that's why it was free! The rug is good quality so I would order from them again in the future.

    I love a bear window, call me weird, we purposely picked a low side lot with a highside in our back yard facing.....NO ONE so i didnt have to use treatments and be private.....

      Not weird, that's just your preference! The back of our home faces NO ONE either and I love it!!! The room just seems unfinished to me with nothing on the windows. I am definitely not going to cover them up, just plan on giving them a little something extra. I love all of the light that comes in.

    I like the really high drapes in a morning room. Just adds a touch of elegance. Your rug is gorgeous!!
